JoeHukum

App name: JoeHukum.

Purpose: JoeHukum is a personal CRM and executive assistant app. JoeHukum helps users manage relationships, meetings, reminders, bills, and follow-ups from their own Google account data.

What JoeHukum does

JoeHukum builds a private relationship and obligation graph for the user. It reminds the user who needs attention, prepares meeting context, tracks bills and commitments, and drafts suggested messages for the user to review and send.

Why JoeHukum uses Google access

JoeHukum requests two things, and nothing else:

• Identity (openid, email, profile) — to create and sign in to the user's account.
• Google Calendar, read-only and optional (calendar.events.readonly) — to understand upcoming meetings so JoeHukum can log meeting history and prepare the user for their own meetings.

JoeHukum does not request any restricted scope. It asks for no Gmail or inbox access at all: the only email it ever sees is what the user chooses to forward to their own JoeHukum address, which is read once, extracted, and deleted. JoeHukum does not send email, modify calendars, delete data, or make any change in the user's Google account.

Data and privacy

JoeHukum stores relationship and obligation extracts, not raw email bodies. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest. JoeHukum does not sell user data or use it for advertising.
