Nothing slips.

As you command.

JoeHukum is a personal CRM and executive assistant — an EA on your phone. Joe remembers who matters, decides what actually needs you today, and hands you the next move: a message drafted in your words, a gift idea grounded in what they like, the Pay button for that bill.

Your morning brief

One glance: what needs you now, today, this week — ranked by urgency and who it's for, each with a why. When nothing needs you, Joe says so.

Remembers who matters

Birthdays, preferences, promises, when you last spoke. Tell Joe once — "Mom loves historical fiction" — and it comes back at the right moment.

Tell Joe anything

Type it like you'd say it: "rent is 18K, due Saturday". Speak it, share a link, or drop in a screenshot. Joe files it in the right place — and takes corrections.

Drafted, never sent

Follow-ups, birthday wishes, thank-yous — written in your voice and handed to WhatsApp or Mail. You always hit send.

Forward a bill, get a Pay button

Forward any bill or statement from your own email to joe@joehukum.app. The amount and due date land in Money, with a Pay button when the bill carries one. Password-protected statement? Add the password once and future bills unlock automatically. Receipts clear the matching due, so paid never nags.

Briefs on your clock

"Every morning at 8, the top 3 stories in AI." Joe does the research on schedule and delivers it — you don't have to remember to ask.

Joe keeps watch

A price, a fare, a restock, a visa slot. Joe re-checks on a cadence and pings you the moment it crosses your line — and stays quiet until it does.

Ask about the world

Joe searches the live web and answers with sources — prices, places, opening hours, what happened today.

The right app, one tap

Cake, flowers, a cab, the pharmacy, directions, a call — suggestions land as buttons that open the right app with the details already filled in.

Trust is the product

You're never the product — we don't sell your data or your attention. Joe never asks for inbox access: forwarded mail is read once, extracted, and the copy deleted. Google Calendar is optional and read-only, used solely to prepare you for your own meetings. Contact matching happens on your phone; your address book is never uploaded. Your data stays yours.

Signing in with Apple or Google shares only your name and email — nothing else. No ads, no tracking, no data brokers. Details in our Privacy Policy; delete your account and everything in it anytime, in-app or from this page.
